Feng Shui FOTOS 風水 by fotosbyfaj

Feng Shui is the art of shaping a space so that energy can flow with ease. It’s about balance, clarity, and creating environments that feel calm, intentional and quietly alive.

Over time, I’ve come to see how photography can play a part in this. A single image can change the mood of a room, shift its energy, or introduce an element that feels missing.

Feng Shui isn’t just about interior design. It’s a way of seeing.

I pay attention to:

  • the movement of light

  • the balance between emptiness and presence

  • the emotional feel of a space

  • the subtle energy created by colour, texture and shape

Photography gives me a way to notice these quieter aspects of our surroundings. An image can draw attention to something the eye might otherwise overlook, or bring a sense of balance to a space that feels stagnant or unsettled.

Every photograph I create is shaped by light, balance and intention. Many of my images naturally lend themselves to Feng Shui, particularly those that explore:

  • stillness

  • movement

  • natural textures

  • quiet abstraction

  • the interplay of light and shadow

Choosing an image that complements the energy of a space can subtly transform how that space feels, without changing anything else.

Below, you’ll find examples of my photographs grouped according to the five Feng Shui elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.

I’ll be adding to this collection over time, building a growing library of images for each element.
